Suzanne Funk – Client Services Specialist

Ibis Legacy Law is pleased to welcome Suzanne Funk as the newest member of our team. Bringing 23 years of experience in administrative roles, her expertise in organization, client communication and technology makes her a valuable addition to our firm. Her attention to detail and creativity will be a valuable asset in marketing as well as her passion for researching fresh ideas; whether it’s refining outreach strategies or discovering new tools.

Suzanne embodies the adaptability and trustworthiness symbolized by the ibis bird, and she is dedicated to assisting individuals as they plan for their future and the well-being of their families. Her background as a former Boy Scout (and Girl Scout) leader reinforces her belief in preparation and readiness – qualities that align seamlessly with our firm’s mission.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Suzanne enjoys traveling with her family, visiting Cedar Point, swimming and exploring the art of pottery; specifically throwing on the wheel. She and her husband appreciate live music at local venues, watching movies and walks with their dog, Scout. She also cherishes time spent with her adult son and daughter and is known among her friends for her exceptional event-planning skills.

Last, but certainly not least is the love she shares for the elderly. Suzanne’s deep appreciation for the elderly is truly heartwarming. It’s rare to find someone who not only recognizes the wisdom and value of older generations but also genuinely cherishes the relationships she’s built with them. Her experience at the adult day center must have been incredibly fulfilling, allowing her to give back to a community that means so much to her. She credits her grandparents for shaping her into someone who carries that respect and compassion forward.

Having someone with such a thoughtful perspective on generational value is a huge asset, not just professionally but personally as well. Her empathy and understanding surely make her a great communicator, and her ability to bring people together across generations is a beautiful strength. Suzanne’s passion for honoring and learning from older generations is something that brings richness and depth to her work and life.
