Caroline Chen

Caroline Chen is a legal assistant with Ibis Legacy Law, LLC. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has four years of previous estate planning experience. Drawn to estate planning by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Caroline enjoys helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout the planning process.

She believes that strong relationships are at the heart of great client service. Whether she is assisting a client or supporting the legal team, she approaches each interaction with kindness, enthusiasm, and a sincere desire to help.

When not at work, she enjoys playing at the playground with her toddler and husband, reading one of the many books on her “to be read” list, and playing rummy with her mom.
